Q1. 該如何加入會員呢？
- 若您尚未於［本公司］購物過，點擊「登入會員」>「註冊會員」，選擇 Facebook 註冊或填寫您的帳戶名稱、Email、密碼，即可註冊成為［本公司］的會員。
- 選購商品加入購物車後，於購物車結帳時點選「首次購物結帳去」，填寫您的訂購人資訊，即可加入會員同時完成購物結帳。
Q2. 忘記密碼怎麼辦？
在「登入會員」頁面點選下方「忘記密碼」，輸入 email 後，系統將寄送「設定密碼通知信」給您，點擊信件中連結並重新設定密碼即可。
Q3. 該如何修改個人資料及密碼？
會員登入後，點選「我的帳戶」>「個人資訊」，即可修改及查看會員的帳戶資料，含 email、密碼、收件人姓名、電話、地址等資訊。

Q2. 大概幾天會送達呢？
下單後三天內出貨，而依照您選擇的送貨方式，商品到達時間可能不同，宅配 2-3 天，超商取貨 3-5 天，離島郵寄 5-7 天。
Q3. 提供哪些付款方式？
- 線上刷卡（VISA、MASTER、JCB 信用卡皆可使用）
- ATM轉帳（請於3日內付款）
- 超商代碼繳費（請於7日內付款）

「宅配到府」及「超商取貨」皆會發送到貨 email 及簡訊通知您。

預購商品出貨時間通常為 10-30 天。
