因此如果覺得購買的產品不適合您,我們提供退貨與退款的服務選項,同時也有其他產品供您選購。

依照*消費者保護法*規定,Falcosia 提供您享有商品到貨的 7 日鑑賞期權益。
在消費者(含本人、親友或管理員等),完成簽收商品後隔日開始算起至第 7 日止,在商品保持全新狀態且完整包裝的情況下,可無條件退回商品。
*消費者保護法旨在保障消費者的購物權益,以免收到任何瑕疵商品。目的是供消費者有機會仔細檢視、參考、觀賞和品鑑、比較商品,以便做出明智的購買決定。請注意,我們所提供的商品僅供您參考,並非試用品。如果因為買家個人疏失而導致商品出現問題,我們保留拒絕退換貨的權利。感謝您的理解與支持。

1. 欲申請瑕疵或錯誤商品退貨,請保留商品出貨時的完整原包裝,並加入Falcosai的官方Line帳號並於收受商品 7 日內,與我們聯繫。(可於頁尾掃描 Line QR code或是輸入Falcosia官方Line ID @338sliuo)若不便加入我們的官方帳號,也可以在該筆訂單中留下您想退貨的訊息給Falcosia,我們將為您處理退貨事宜。
2. 在官方Line帳號中輸入【退貨】即可收到退貨內容,請依內容輸入:
(1.) 使用者帳號名稱.
(2.) 訂單編號.
(3.) 退換貨原因.
(4.) 請留下您的收貨地址,我們將請快遞到指定地址收回退貨商品,請確認退貨商品已【包裹完整,可供快遞人員直接收走】若快遞人員到場收貨而貨未包裹完好,將著收【空趟費用】並於退款時扣除空趟費用再退回款項.
若該筆訂單有折價券或優惠等問題,也可利用Line詢問客服。

3. 請在收到商品的 7 日內到Falcosia官網選擇此訂單並點選【退貨】依步驟留下您的退款資料,請務必提供您的【分行代碼】如此才能退款順利喔!
4. 若您取得的是紙本發票,請於退貨時一併退還,本公司將代為處理發票及銷貨退回證明單,以加速退貨退款作業。(官網客人皆為電子發票,若您為官網購物,可略本資訊)
5. 退款流程
Falcosia 收到退貨商品並驗貨完成後,將在10~15個工作天內將原訂單退貨款項匯至您指定的戶頭,請知.
6. 若您訂購產品後倘任意退貨、取消訂單或其他造成本網站或本公司作業上困擾或損害之行為,本公司均可視情況拒絕交易或永久取消會員資格。
.如退貨後訂單內剩餘商品金額未達免運費門檻 ($1,000元),將補收原運費 ($100元)。
.不論取貨方式,辦理第二次以上退貨,將收取退貨運費 ($100元)。

Therefore, if you find that the purchased product is not suitable for you, we offer options for returns and refunds, as well as other products for you to choose from.
If you have any questions regarding the return policy, please contact our customer service center. We are dedicated to serving you sincerely.
Product Appreciation Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Falcosia provides you with a 7-day product appreciation period from the date of delivery.
Starting from the day after the consumer (including oneself, relatives, or administrators, etc.) completes the signing of the goods, and lasting until the 7th day, you may unconditionally return the goods as long as they are in new condition and fully packaged.
The Consumer Protection Act aims to protect consumers' shopping rights and prevent the receipt of any defective goods. The purpose is to provide consumers with the opportunity to carefully inspect, refer to, view, appreciate, and compare products in order to make informed purchasing decisions. Please note that the products we provide are for your reference only and are not trial products. If any issues arise with the product due to the buyer's negligence, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Non-returnable Goods
If you meet the above inspection criteria, we will not accept returns.
Return Process:
1. To apply for a return due to defects or incorrect items, please keep the original packaging of the goods when they are delivered and contact us via Falcosia's official Line account within 7 days of receiving the goods. (You can scan the Line QR code at the bottom of the page or add Falcosia's official Line ID @338sliuo). If you're unable to add our official account, you can also leave a message about your return request in the order details, and we will assist you with the return process.
2. In the official Line account, type [Return] to receive return instructions. Please input the following information:
(1.) User account name.
(2.) Order number.
(3.) Reason for return or exchange.
(4.) Please provide your shipping address. We will arrange for a courier to collect the return goods at the specified address. Please ensure that the return goods are properly packaged and ready for the courier to collect. If the goods are not properly packaged when the courier arrives for pickup, resulting in an empty trip, the customer will bear the cost of the empty trip, which will be deducted from the refund.
If there are any issues with coupons or discounts related to the order, you can also inquire with our customer service via Line.
3. Please initiate the return process on the Falcosia website for this order within 7 days of receiving the goods by selecting the order and clicking [Return]. Follow the steps to provide your refund information. Please make sure to provide your branch code to facilitate the refund process.
4. If you received a paper invoice, please return it together with the goods. Our company will handle the invoice and sales return proof to expedite the return and refund process. (Customers from the official website receive electronic invoices, so you may disregard this information if you made a purchase on the official website.)
5. Refund Process:
Once Falcosia receives and inspects the returned goods, the refund for the original order will be processed to your designated account within 10-15 working days. Please be informed.
6. If you engage in any behavior such as arbitrary returns, order cancellations, or other actions that cause inconvenience or damage to our website or company operations, we reserve the right to refuse transactions or permanently cancel membership, depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Fee Policy:
1. If the remaining value of the items in the order after return does not meet the free shipping threshold ($1,000), the original shipping fee ($100) will be deducted from the refund.
2. Regardless of the delivery method, for the second return and subsequent returns, a return shipping fee of $100 will be charged.
